The first year after a very successful launch of the fifth generation of the F-Series, Ford only had to ride the wave on this hot truck! The redesign saw many changes with increased dimensions and expanding engine options as well as more trim levels. Ford always looks for a good balance to appeal to contractors and consumers alike. This model is a '70, mid-5th generation. Two-tone Blue and Silver paint looks very good. Couple that with the chrome bumpers and trim and you really have one sharp ride! The 17" US Mag Rambler Wheels really set off the stance! Inside you'll find two-tone black and gray leather interior that looks comfortable and in good order. Bed and cab were removed, frame cleaned and painted. A Crown Victoria front end and 8.8" rear end were used and she has a 3.73 gear ratio. All new 4-wheel disc brakes (Powerboost System) along with new shocks and springs. Body was taken to bare metal and the new two-tone paint added. All trim was refurbished. New emblems, door handles, hinges, and Bluetooth stereo, electric antenna, Dakota Digital Gauges, new interior, interior paint, trim and handles were sourced. She also received new tires, all new glass, rubber seals, and window felts. Under the hood is a rebuilt 302ci V8 mated to a rebuilt 4-Speed Automatic w/OD. Engine was rebuilt 1000 miles ago and transmission 4000 miles ago. Body was done from the current odometer at 252 miles. Per the owner every inch was restored - every nut, bolt, and screw. Current owner has had her for approx. 5 years but believe majority of the work completed within last 2 years. Body work and paint for sure was done Spring of 2022.
