But a Jeep also loves to be useful. So as you look over the full package, you're also going to see fresh investments in details like the suspension, gauges, and fuel injection for the V8. It makes for an attractive and handy iconic classic. Jeep made these quite attractive from day one. The Cherokee Chief means wide fender flares, and that goes nicely with the rest of the beefy line. The power dome hood, imposing wide grille, and well-creased body lines give this one an instant presence. Plus, it has a well-done color package with an updated gray paint that has a nice metallic element to radiate in the sunshine. This goes well with the dark accents, like the black around the windows, bumper guards, and black Cherokee Chief stripe graphics on the side and tailgate. The overall idea with the fit and finish is to be attractive but never stop you from really using this as a useful 4x4. It's why you have striking polished 15-inch wheels that also hold the meaty off-road tires. There's also the trailer hitch, roof rack, and upgraded LED headlights that light the way forward better. The interior is about being inviting while also staying a true classic. You can also tell the trim is nice and vintage, right down to the Cherokee Chief badge on the dash. There are cool stock-style details everywhere from the grippy Jeep steering wheel to the AM/FM stereo that has an integrated CB radio (currently only for display.) But this is also quite comfy with newer tweed on the split front seat, added sound insulation materials, cup holders, a smooth dash, and full plush new carpeting.
