The Ferrari 360 was THE supercar going into the 21st century. The rear wheel drive, two seater mid-engine sports car formula that makes a Ferrari a Ferrari- but with all new power and styling. Dropping the wedge-like shape of its predecessor- the F355- and opting for beautiful curves and overall roundness. Nothing over-the-top, rather, a sleek and simple design that proves extremely pleasing to the eyes. The 360 was produced in coupe form starting in 1999 as the "Modena", named after the Italian city where Enzo Ferrari was born. The 360 was also offered as a "Spider" convertible a few years after. A little under 9000 Modenas were manufactured during its 1999-2004 span. This 360 Modena is a gem. Presented in Ferrari's iconic light grey hue with blue undertones: Grigio Alloy. With grey rally stripes running along the top of the car. Staying in theme of subtlety, most of the interior is black with dark blue carpeting. The stereo has been replaced with a newer Ferrari Bluetooth system. Underneath the rear glass panel is a beautifully displayed 3.6 Lit V8 engine, paired to a 6 Speed F1 Sequential Gearbox. Of course, you have to admire those textured red valve covers with the embedded Ferrari stallion in the center. Once you start the Modena, before you take off, it's incredibly difficult to not just sit back and listen to the engine idle for a minute or two. Not a common sound. Not your typical V8. .
