Vintage SNAP-ON Tools Socket Wrench 71-M 1/2" DRIVE 9-1/2" USA Working. It has pretty obviously been opened in the past based on the screws. I did not open it, and do not know what condition the gear teeth are in. Seems to work about as well as one shown in an online video tear-down. That is to say, it turns in both directions, though it's action is on the noisy side. This came out of a box lot at an auction, so I don't anything about it's history. Definitely needs some naval jelly, though the oxidation doesn't appear to be deep anywhere. Let me know if you have any questions....
